Kids can measure ingredients, stir and spoon into cups. They can add the whipped cream and crumble cookies on top.
Upside Down Pumpkin Pie
You will need: One large bowl, whisk, can opener, scrapers, teaspoons, paper cups, plastic spoons.
Ingredients: Sweetened whipped cream
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
1 (12) ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 (15 ounce) can pure pumpkin
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup whole milk
vanilla wafers (2 per child)
Makes 8 pumpkin servings
In a bowl beat or whisk pudding mix, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk.
Add canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well.
Put into small cups with a dollop or spoonful of whipped cream on top.
Allow kids to crumble cookies on top.
