Upside Down Pumpkin Pie

Kids can measure ingredients, stir and spoon into cups. They can add the whipped cream and crumble cookies on top.

Upside Down Pumpkin Pie

You will need: One large bowl, whisk, can opener, scrapers, teaspoons, paper cups, plastic spoons.

Ingredients: Sweetened whipped cream

1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding

1 (12) ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1 (15 ounce) can pure pumpkin

1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

1/4 cup whole milk

vanilla wafers (2 per child)

Makes 8 pumpkin servings

Directions:

In a bowl beat or whisk pudding mix, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk.

Add canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well.

Put into small cups with a dollop or spoonful of whipped cream on top.

Allow kids to crumble cookies on top.

    I would like to thank you for this easy cooking activity. Isaac enjoyed it a lot. He liked the upside down pumpkin pie that you made at school that he cried when he finished the one he took home. 

    Today, I got the recipe and we made it at home. He wanted to do everything by himself. It turned out pretty delicious. We enjoyed it, but Isaac the most. He eat two small bowls of it.
