Angel Wallhanging

One of my favorite projects. This is a gift we make for the parents for Christmas. You will need: Muslin fabric 12 by 12 inches per child. Fold down one end about 3/4 inch and sew. Family Tree Keepsake This lovely keepsake if often framed by parents.This would make a great gift for grandparents as well. You will need: 1 white sheet of Cardstock, Tree shape cut out of  brown cardstock or construction paper, red, yellow, and green paint. Directions: Glue tree shape onto cardstock. Have child put a red apple onto their tree for each member of their family.

Hand in hand

This is one of my parents favorite keepsakes and often gets framed! Hand in Hand You will need: Beige and red tempra paint, 8X11 piece of white card stock, a paintbrush or sponge applicator. Optional: A pink heart sticker or construction paper heart. Paint the parent, grandparent, or caregiver’s palm with a beige paint. Place the hand painted side down onto the card stock.
